Ben Scherman specializes in the acquisition and disposition of industrial and office assets northwest of Boston and in southern New Hampshire. He provides advisory services for his clients during every phase of the ownership cycle through solid brokerage fundamentals including direct outreach, extensive market research, and granular data.

Ben originally hails from Wayland, MA, and after several relocations to Denver, Chicago, and Kansas throughout the years, Ben is happy to be back in the Boston area. He joined the Klein Group of Marcus & Millichap in 2022 upon graduating with a degree in Data Science from Denison University, where he also excelled on the golf course and in the hockey rink. Given various entrepreneurial and leadership experiences during his formative years, Ben quickly found the brokerage business as the perfect fit for him and his hyper-competitive nature.

When he is not speaking with clients or researching current market conditions, you can find Ben on the golf course, experimenting with new cooking techniques, or spending time with his family.
