Harrison leads The Klein Group, focusing on industrial, office and adaptive reuse opportunities in New England. He is consistently one of the top advisors in the Boston office of Marcus & Millichap, and has been a member of the firms top twenty industrial agents every year since 2019, won the Connect CRE’s 2021 next generation award, and leads one of the top teams in the Boston office. By focusing on his clients full set of needs, not simply selling buildings, Harrison often identifies creative solutions. Mr. Klein strives to build long term relationships where he can add value at purchase, during the holding period and upon the sale/exchange.

The Klein Group (TKG) was founded in 2018 and has quickly expanded to five agents, a senior analyst and marketing coordinator. Focusing on Industrial, Office and Adaptive Reuse properties within 1.5 hours of Boston, the team has quickly eclipsed $250 million in sales and sixty-five transactions. By operating as a collaborative team they are able to maximize exposure for their exclusive inventory. They frequently source offers from out of state investors, through their deep relationships with Marcus & Millichap agents in other major cities. Through mentorship Harrison has grown his organizations reach, skillset and diversity of ideas.

Harrison was first exposed to real estate investments as a child, collecting quarters from the laundry machines at his family's property. With no “real” jobs available in 2010 when he graduated from The University of Miami, Harrison joined Sperry Van Ness and quickly fell in love with the brokerage business. In Miami, he focused on distressed transactions, completing over 150 distressed sales in five years. In 2016 he moved back to Boston and quickly got to work building what would become The Klein Group.

Harrison resides in Newton, MA with his wife Laura and son Teddy. When not helping his clients achieve their goals, Harrison is spending time with family, traveling or hiking in the White Mountains.
