Mark Lyman specializes in the acquisition and disposition of industrial & office assets in the New England Region, focusing on the Metro West area. His daily efforts are centered around catering to the specific needs of clients through attention to detail and a results-oriented approach. Mark’s principal objective throughout the transaction process is to ensure that clients receive first-class service and are provided with the real estate investment research, advisory, and transaction services necessary to create and preserve wealth. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Middlebury College where he was also a member of the Men’s Varsity Ice Hockey Team.

Mr. Lyman joined the Klein Group in 2019 with the idea of building a career in the commercial real estate industry and focusing on a product type that was previously an afterthought of the Marcus & Millichap Boston office. Mr. Lyman’s passion for real estate began several years ago when he was first introduced to his grandfather’s office and industrial portfolio in the Twin Cities area. Mark was born and raised in Deephaven, Minnesota, and attended The Blake School.

In his free time, Mr. Lyman enjoys playing hockey, boating, hiking, skiing, and exploring New England.
